The ideal candidate brings deep insurance brokerage expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex, multi-line corporate insurance portfolios. You will work closely with internal technical, claims, and risk teams to deliver exceptional service while identifying growth opportunities across existing and new business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Ownership

Act as the
primary relationship owner
for assigned corporate clients, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Ensure exceptional service delivery to support
client retention and revenue growth

Lead client meetings, renewals, and strategic reviews, presenting recommendations and negotiating terms.
Client Strategy & Service Delivery

Agree and implement
client service plans
and annual visit timetables aligned with client size and complexity.

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business operations, risk exposures, and insurance objectives.

Conduct detailed
GAP analysis
to design tailored insurance and risk management programs optimizing coverage, terms, and pricing.
Programme Management & Internal Coordination

Lead and coordinate insurance programmes in collaboration with internal teams including
Technical Broking, Claims, Risk Services, and Collections
.

Ensure delivery of clear reports, action plans, and ongoing service excellence.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across all client documentation and communications.
Claims & Financial Management

Support clients during major or complex claims, ensuring claims service meets agreed standards.

Resolve debtor queries efficiently to ensure timely payment of premiums and fees.
Growth & Commercial Development

Identify and execute
cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities
within existing client portfolios.

Lead sales processes from opportunity identification through closing and onboarding.

Escalate at-risk accounts or relationship concerns to senior management at the earliest opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as
ACII, CPCU
, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
-
5+ years
of experience in corporate insurance broking, account management, or client-facing insurance roles.

Proven success managing large corporate accounts across
Property, Liability, Construction, Marine, Financial Lines
, and related classes.

Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and placement strategies.
