As our business expands, we’re excited to invite a motivated and relationship-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Relations Advisor. This Client Relations Advisor position is designed for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about both client success and personal growth.

What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Advisor:

  • Serve as a Client Relations Advisor, educating and guiding customers in person on product offerings in a consultative, solutions-based manner
  • Build lasting client relationships by understanding needs, resolving concerns, and providing tailored recommendations that align with their sales goals
  • Contribute to revenue generation by confidently navigating sales conversations and proactively identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems to support client reporting and sales pipeline development
  • Participate in strategy sessions, Client Relations Advisor skill-building workshops, and performance reviews to elevate both personal and team outcomes
  • Collaborate with Client Relations Advisors and leadership to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across campaigns

Who We’re Looking For in a Client Relations Advisor:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail); experience in a client relations or support role is highly valued
  • Strong communicator with the ability to listen actively, speak persuasively, and present confidently
  • Naturally organized and self-driven, with a track record of taking initiative and following through
  • Comfortable working in high-energy environments where adaptability and resilience are key

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
