Client Relations Agent

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Agent you will build customer relationships for SuretyBonds.com. This position adds value to the SuretyBonds.com client experience for new business acquisition and renewal business retention.

Primary responsibilities include guiding new and existing customers through the surety bond application process, answering customer questions to ensure account accuracy, and closing sales for warm leads generated in-house through our SuretyBonds.com website.

It Would Be Great If You Have These Skills Already

• Basic data entry
• Client-facing sales and/or customer service
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (not required)
• Fluent in conversational Spanish (not required)
• Missouri Property and Casualty License (not required)*

*All Client Relations Agents must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. SuretyBonds.com pays for training and exam fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain and promote various surety bond products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements.
• Help clients complete bond applications and answer questions as needed.
