Best Choice Industries L.L.C. has been operating for over 20 years as a manufacturer and supplier of Air Conditioning Air Outlets, Grilles, Diffusers, and Ventilation Louvres. Based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP II), our company serves clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and other international markets.

Job Purpose

The Client Relations Coordinator will act as a link between clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate communication, timely delivery of products, and efficient handling of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update clients on order status.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order details.
• Assist in resolving client concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Support preparation of client reports, documentation, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure after-sales support is provided in coordination with the technical and service teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Previous experience in client support, coordination, or sales administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple client requests and follow up effectively.
