Based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP II), our company serves clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and other international markets.

Job Purpose

The Client Relations Coordinator will act as a link between clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate communication, timely delivery of products, and efficient handling of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update clients on order status.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order details.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Support preparation of client reports, documentation, and follow-up communications.
  • Ensure after-sales support is provided in coordination with the technical and service teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Previous experience in client support, coordination, or sales administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple client requests and follow up effectively.
