We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Relations Executive to join our growing consultancy team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring a smooth service experience, and supporting the delivery of business setup and corporate services. This position requires excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to maintain long-term client satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and necessary documentation for client engagements.
  • Assist in processing company formation and related business documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations, business support, or consultancy services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work onsite in KSA.
