Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and necessary documentation for client engagements.
- Assist in processing company formation and related business documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, business support, or consultancy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work onsite in KSA.
