Client Relations Manager (CRM)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Relations Manager (CRM) to oversee client interactions and lease management for our property management services. The CRM will manage leasing processes, client communications, document handling, and client issue resolutions, ensuring high standards of service and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leasing and Renewal Management:

1- Coordinate leasing for shops, kiosks, and ATMs, including initial negotiations and final approval processes.

2- Prepare and verify contract documentation, ensuring compliance with all requirements and managing renewals through clear communication with clients.

- Client Communication and Issue Resolution:

1- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction.

2- Address and resolve tenant complaints, coordinating with internal teams to resolve maintenance, payment, or other service-related issues promptly.

- Documentation and Compliance:

1- Oversee contract documentation via the Ejar platform, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for all leasing agreements.

2- Manage financial documents and approvals for leasing, renewals, and termination processes.

- Account Management and Collections:

1- Work closely with finance to monitor and manage rent collections, issue invoices, and track payment records to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client relations or property management.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in document handling and working with digital platforms (e.g., Ejar).

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
