Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Happiness Consultant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about company services and assist customers with their needs
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience at every touchpoint
* Follow up with customers and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively
* Maintain and update customer records, reports, and communication logs
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
* Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
* Ability to التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية under different situations
* Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Important Conditions:
* Arabic nationality only
* Age between 20 – 30 years
* Own visa is mandatory
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: AED 2,000 per month
