Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday , 8am - 4:30 CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
- Assist with walk-in clients
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
- Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Take and upload payments
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
- Computer literacy
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
