Client Relations Representative

Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday , 8am - 4:30 CST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
  • Assist with walk-in clients
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
  • Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Take and upload payments

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
  • Computer literacy
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
