Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to handle day-to-day client communication and ensure a smooth experience throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Share updates, follow-ups, and ensure clear communication flow
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Assist in resolving client queries and concerns
• Maintain records of client interactions and project updates
• Support senior team members in managing client accounts

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh candidates can apply)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / software services is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
