Customer Service Officer (MedNet Bahrain)

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality service to our clients and insured members.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client relationship management to ensure an excellent service experience.


Your Job:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
  • Support client relationship management and service coordination.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account support.
  • Experience in health insurance, healthcare providers, TPA, or insurance sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
