Department: [Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Customer Service]
Reports to: Shift Supervisor / Restaurant Manager / Service Manager

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards
  • Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and maintained throughout the shift
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 per month
