Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Manama. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Daily tasks include taking and processing orders, food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking inventory as needed. The Barista will ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all guests while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills to prepare beverages and snacks with precision and attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to ensure excellent guest experience and address inquiries effectively
• Outstanding Interpersonal and team collaboration skills to build rapport with guests and work effectively with colleagues
• High standards for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols
• Previous experience as a barista is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
