A renowned 5-star luxury hotel in Bahrain, is seeking a talented and service-oriented Arabic Waitress to join our esteemed Food & Beverage department. This role is crucial in providing an authentic and refined dining experience for our diverse guests.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating arrangements.
• Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serving guests with efficiency and grace, anticipating their needs.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services.
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement. Strong proficiency in English is highly desirable, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered a significant asset.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or Waitress, particularly within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment, is an added advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Attributes: A professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
