The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, following up on service quality, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and clients. The role also includes conducting quality calls, handling client concerns, and following up on payments when required.
Key Responsibilities • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction • Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients • Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards are met • Handle client complaints and solve conflicts professionally • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues • Follow up with clients regarding pending payments • Ensure all client requests are handled on time • Keep records of client communication and feedback • Report client concerns to management when needed
• Previous experience in Customer Service / Client Relations / Account Management preferred • Fluent English speaker (spoken and written) • Strong communication skills • Problem solving skills • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally • Ability to follow up and track tasks accurately
