We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to build strong client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to ensure client satisfaction while expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support and service excellence.
- Manage client feedback, resolve concerns, and implement improvements.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand client portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand visibility.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Track and report on key account metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Support management in setting growth objectives and expansion strategies.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, creative, finance, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback to improve products/services and align them with market demand.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in business development, client servicing,
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client retention rate & satisfaction levels.
- Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Expansion of business in existing accounts.
- Contribution to overall business strategy.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
