Client Relationship Executive - Finance

We are seeking an experienced and professional Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our company based in Deira, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, HR Consultancy, and Financial Reporting Consultancy. The candidate must possess excellent communication, client management, and business development skills to expand the company’s client portfolio and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business owners.
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their accounting, HR, and financial consultancy needs.
  • Present company services professionally, including accounting, bookkeeping, VAT services, payroll, HR consultancy, and financial reporting solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations for clients.
  • Follow up with leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare periodic sales and client activity reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking meetings on behalf of the company.
  • Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM software or company systems.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in consultancy or professional services.
  • Experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, HR Consultancy, or Financial Consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business consultancy services and corporate client handling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Pay: From AED1.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
