Client Relationship Executive - Hospitality

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage our hotel apartment partnerships. The role involves partner onboarding, training, apartment visits, client interactions, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth integration of Urwa’s services and maintaining high partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Onboard and train hotel apartment partners on Urwa’s platform and services.

· Conduct visits to multiple partner properties to monitor service quality and compliance with Urwa standards.

· Serve as the primary contact for partner hotels & vendors, addressing queries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

· Provide training to hotel staff & vendors on operational workflows and platform usage.

· Maintain accurate records of partner visits, feedback, and support requests.

· Collaborate with internal Urwa teams to enhance partner experience and platform adoption.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required,

· Experience in hospitality operations, partner management, or client relations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Multi-language fluency (Arabic, English; additional languages a plus).

· Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

· Familiarity with UAE hospitality regulations is a plus.

· Professional demeanor and presentation.

Additional Requirements:

· Ability to travel across Dubai to visit hotel apartments.

· Presentable professional demeanor.

· Flexible to work on site and manage client visits.
