Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relation Manager to oversee and strengthen our relationships with existing and prospective clients in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal recruitment teams, ensuring seamless communication, service excellence, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients’ recruitment needs and business goals to provide tailored workforce solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align on client requirements, candidate sourcing, and placement timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling recruitment services and expanding business with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess service quality, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and account performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in client relations, account management, or business development within the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, manpower outsourcing, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
