Field Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales lead with new prospect clients
  • Maintain strong working relationships with public sector clients (e.g. Teaching Hospitals, DHQ Hospitals, PESSI Hospitals).
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries, documentation, service issues, and product-related support.
  • Assist the sales team in following up on government tenders, rate contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document submission, order processing, and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms and timelines.
  • Oversee installation, demonstration, and training for diagnostic equipment and kits at government facilities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of diagnostic consumables/reagents as per purchase orders or contracts.
  • Collect feedback from end-users and ensure issues are resolved in coordination with the service team.
  • Track project progress, sample collection, testing volume, consumable usage, and reporting compliance at each site.
  • Ensure compliance with government contract terms, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Medical Lab Technology

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in diagnostics, pharma, or public health projects preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of diagnostic products (IVDs, rapid tests, lab instruments, etc.)
  • Familiarity with government health systems and procurement channels
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and on-ground troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools
