Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team with tender submissions, business proposal preparation, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tender filing processes, proposal writing, and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender documents in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Draft, review, and format business proposals and supporting documents for potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for proposals and bids.
- Maintain and update records of submitted tenders, proposals, and client communications.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents.
- Support the sales team with data entry, quotations, contracts, and follow-up with clients.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, sales reports, and market research data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to tenders.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, tender management, or proposal writing (fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered).
- Strong knowledge of tender filing processes and government/enterprise procurement portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
