Sales Coordinator

Roshan Packages Limited is hiring a Sales Coordinator to become part of our team. The position plays an important role in facilitating effective communication and coordination between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring business growth and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations, customer orders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and update the CRM system.
  • Liaise with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, queries, and support.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or support role (preferably in manufacturing/packaging and B2B).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
