Sales Support executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with degrees in Business Administration, Physics, or Mathematics to kick-start their career in sales and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining sales documentation.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics or BBA in Marketing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
