Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to support our estimation and procurement team. This role blends outbound sales-style calling with vendor relationship management. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining competitive vendor quotes that directly impact our project bids and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to suppliers, subcontractors, and prospects to collect pricing and service information.
• Develop and maintain a vendor database for estimation and procurement purposes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and competitive quotes.
• Follow up on previous outreach and maintain consistent communication with key contacts.
• Support proposal and bid submissions by providing accurate, up-to-date cost information.
• Log all call activity and maintain detailed communication records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor quotes with project requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through comparative analysis of vendor quotes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or vendor management.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1

Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
