Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word), comfortable using ERP systems, and possess basic mathematical skills such as area calculation to assist with quotations and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update sales records in the ERP system accurately.
- Generate sales reports and assist in sales data analysis using Excel.
- Calculate basic measurements (e.g., area, volume) for client product requirements and quotations.
- Assist in order processing, tracking inventory, and coordinating with logistics and accounts departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer correspondence and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals using MS Word and Excel.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payment, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as Odoo, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic math skills including area, volume, and percentage calculations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the sales process and documentation flow.
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
