Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
ChiltanPure is seeking a reliable and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves handling shop supplies, preparing invoices, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing and hiring Brand Ambassador (BA) staff to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle shop supplies including inventory tracking and restocking.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices accurately for all sales transactions.
  • Support day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with sales staff, management, and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Manage and hire Brand Ambassador (BA) staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales coordination, shop management, invoice preparation, or team management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • sales coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
