Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Junior Closer with leadership capabilities to join our sales division. This role combines hands-on closing of high-value deals with team mentorship, ideal for a proven performer ready to elevate both personal and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Value Deal Closure: Personally manage and close complex deals, targeting monthly retainers of $5,000+.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 4-5 B2B sales agents to exceed team quotas.
- Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly training sessions on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) to drive improvement.
- Executive Engagement: Deliver consultative pitches to C-level executives in the UK and US markets.
- Market Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends to refine sales approaches and position premium services effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years in international B2B cold calling (UK/US markets preferred).
- 1+ year selling digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Web Development).
- 6 months to 1 year in a sales leadership role (Team Lead, Closer, etc.).
- Skills:
- Exceptional spoken and written English; neutral/UK/US accent preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
- Availability: Must be based in Lahore and available for on-site work during UK (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) or US (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) shifts, Monday–Friday.
