Electric Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Supervisor with a solid background in industrial electrical systems to oversee and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our facility. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting and be capable of leading a team of electricians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team in an industrial environment.
• Plan, assign, and review electrical maintenance and installation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, MCC panels, transformers, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, safety) to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain records of electrical work, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE and electrical safety tools.
• Support in training junior technicians and ensuring team skill development.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, heavy machinery, process plants, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control circuits.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Electrical Safety or Industrial Maintenance.
• Familiarity with energy management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
