Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage and perform maintenance tasks across our facilities. This role requires both hands-on expertise and supervisory skills to ensure smooth operations, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate will be experienced in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, IT & Networking, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform maintenance work: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair single-phase and three-phase systems, sockets, DB panels, and wiring.
• Maintain HVAC, CCTV, and IT networking systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare checklists, daily reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emails and coordinate with management.
• Manage and support a team of maintenance staff.
• Travel to project sites across Lahore Pakistan when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Technician.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Maintenance Technology (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to create checklists and maintain accurate documentation.
• Computer skills: email communication, MS Office/Excel (basic).
• Must own a laptop, motorbike, and Android smartphone.
• Good leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferably based in Lahore (Gulberg), with willingness to travel nationwide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
