Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the plastic manufacturing sector. This role demands technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team across shifts
• Ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and control panels
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Manage inventory of electrical components and spare parts
• Supervise installation and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing electrical systems
• Prior experience in the plastic industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and power distribution
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
