Electrical Estimator - (USA Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator with hands-on experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in US-based construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in estimation tools. This role involves reviewing project drawings, performing detailed takeoffs, and ensuring timely and precise estimates to support project bidding and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in commercial and residential projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze electrical layouts, material requirements, and labor costs to ensure complete and competitive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to validate project requirements.
• Stay updated with US market labor rates, codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all estimates are submitted within deadlines and meet quality standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1year of proven experience in Electrical Estimation for the US market.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in estimation/takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
