Location: Lahore (On-site – Full-Time | Night Shift)

We are a fast-growing construction estimation services company specialising in the US construction industry, and we're looking for a talented and detail-oriented General Contractor (GC) Estimator to join our team in Lahore.

Position Overview

As a GC Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects based on client requirements and project drawings. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, bid documents, and project specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using digital estimating software
• Prepare complete cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment for various scopes of work
• Coordinate with team members to meet scope, schedule, and client expectations
• Support the preparation of final bid proposals and ensure accurate, timely submissions
• Work on multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and accuracy

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction estimation (experience with the US market is highly preferred)
• Proficiency in estimation software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions, construction techniques, and material specifications
• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RSMeans, CostWorks, or other cost databases
• Familiarity with US construction codes and standards
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
