Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)

Job Purpose:
To manage and control project costs from estimation to final accounts, ensuring timely delivery within budget while providing accurate contractual and financial advice in line with international construction practices and regulatory standards, with a focus on GCC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and monitor budget vs. actual project progress.
- Manage tenders, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Perform cost analysis, assess variations, and certify interim valuations and payments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual standards (FIDIC) and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients on financial and contractual matters.
- Prepare final accounts, close-out reports, and maintain detailed cost and commercial records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in the construction or contracting industry.
- Experience on Gulf (GCC) country projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Omani market rates, building codes, and labor laws is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (such as Candy, CostX, etc.).
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and perform under pressure.

- Budget monitoring, cost control & risk analysis
- Commercial & financial acumen; Gulf project exposure preferred
