MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify MEP BOQs (Bills of Quantities) before tender processes.

Perform accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Carry out project cost estimation specific to MEP disciplines.

Review and verify technical specifications of MEP works against design drawings and standards.

Evaluate and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), ensuring compliance with approved MEP drawings and site progress.

Conduct onsite inspections to validate completed works and report discrepancies.

Provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering in MEP systems.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Ensure all MEP works are in line with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Qualification and Experience

DAE / B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
-
5–7 years of proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying with large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
