We are expanding our team in Lahore and looking for talented and experienced Cost Estimators to join us.

Role Overview

As a Cost Estimator at EstiPro Global, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and civil construction projects. You will analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare material take-offs, pricing, and final bid packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction trades.
• Use industry-standard software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or On-Screen Takeoff (OST).
• Collaborate with the estimation team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and discrepancies in project documentation.
• Ensure estimates align with North American construction codes, standards, and practices.
• Prepare professional reports, BOQs, and final estimate submissions.
• Maintain organized records of estimates for future reference and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation (North American projects preferred).
• Strong expertise in estimation software (Planswift, Bluebeam, OST, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills (English proficiency required, verbal & written).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
