AESOM is a leading engineering and construction firm specializing in civil, architectural, and MEP projects. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our team and help us prepare winning bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for construction projects.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and planning teams for inputs.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract conditions and industry standards.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, BOQs, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain a database of proposals and assist in client clarifications/negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal/tendering/estimation within construction.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, tendering processes, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools (RS Means, Candy, CCS, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
