Renewals Representative

• Assist in managing customer contract renewals and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and renewal dates in the system.
• Support the preparation, review, and processing of contracts in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth contract execution.
• Track renewal pipeline and prepare reports for management review.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation, approvals, and queries related to contracts.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Research and suggest improvements for contract lifecycle management processes.
