We are hiring an on-site Business Development Executive for our Construction Estimation Services. The candidate must have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, and deal negotiation. The role involves identifying and approaching general contractors, builders, and developers to offer our services. A solid understanding of construction drawings, takeoffs, and bidding processes is essential. The candidate should be confident in preparing proposals, presenting services, and closing contracts. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
