Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, sales coordination, and documentation for apartment projects. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, ensure a smooth sales process, and oversee end-to-end documentation and handover procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers regarding apartment sales.
  • Present project details, pricing, and available units to potential customers.
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Manage booking formalities, agreement preparation, and other documentation related to apartment sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts, and projects) for smooth completion of customer-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in ERP software and proficiency in MS Office
  • Assist customers with loan documentation, registration, and possession formalities.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Generate regular sales and customer follow-up reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
