Objective:
Be the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their property journey. The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships, delivering compelling property presentations, and guiding clients through exclusive site visits. Representing the brand’s vision and values and ensuring every interaction is reflective of the organization.
Responsibilities:

Sales:
Ensure all leads are activated and engaged with. Carry out potential client presentation and site visits, wherever applicable.

Client Engagement:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through personalized engagement.

Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire client journey, from initial inquiry to post-handover support.

Client Support:
Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Networking:
Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners, including IPCs and brokers, to enhance client acquisition.

Feedback Integration:
Ensure client feedback is communicated to project and design teams for continuous improvement.

Marketing Partnership:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client-focused materials and collateral.

Transaction Coordination:
Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Qualifications and skill-sets:

Graduate / MBA from an exceptional institute (Tier 1 Institutes will be preferred)

Proven, robust work experience of
8-12
years in handling key customers and clients with reputed real estate firms, preferably in the luxury segment

Familiar with all aspects of the CRM process, proactive in coordination with cross departments.

Excellent communication skills with an ability of subtle influencing, dealing calmly and professionally with challenging situations.

Exceptional attention to detail and time management with good coordination skills.

Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed individual with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Emotional maturity; highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Relationships with International Property Consultants, having a vendor partner network would be an added advantage
