Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to handle premium client interactions for a luxury experience centre. The role involves managing HNI/UHNI clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all client enquiries via calls, campaigns, references, and walk-ins
• Ensure prompt response to all calls and follow-ups
• Schedule and manage client appointments and visits
• Welcome clients and ensure a premium experience during visits
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams for requirement handovers
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions and visits
• Assist in exclusive client events and brand activities
• Ensure experience centre ambience and operations meet luxury standards

Eligibility

• Graduate / Postgraduate OR 5+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing role handling HNI/VIP clients
• Experience in luxury, premium services, real estate, interiors, or hospitality preferred

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-presented
