We are seeking a strategic
Client Relationship Manager
to build, nurture, and expand long-term partnerships with key clients in the construction, infrastructure, and investment sectors. This role is critical in driving repeat business, securing high-value contracts, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across Al Ayuni’s portfolio of projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, understanding their needs, aligning our capabilities, and ensuring seamless project delivery to foster loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Strategy & Relationship Building

Develop and execute relationship strategies for key clients, including government entities, semi-government organizations, private developers, and international partners.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., project directors, procurement managers, C-level executives).

Act as the “voice of the client” internally, ensuring client needs and expectations are clearly communicated to project and operational teams.
2. Business Development & Account Growth

Identify and pursue new project opportunities within existing client accounts.

Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term agreements.
3. Client Satisfaction & Retention

Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, surveys, and formal reviews.

Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Develop client retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
4. Strategic Communication & Reporting

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Al Ayuni’s project management, engineering, and support teams.

Prepare and present performance reports, progress updates, and strategic account reviews to both clients and senior management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
5. Market & Client Intelligence

Stay informed about client organizations, their strategic goals, challenges, and industry trends.

Provide insights and feedback to the Business Development and Strategy teams to inform service improvement and new offering development.

Monitor competitor activity within key accounts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum
8 years of experience
in client relationship management, key account management, or business development,
within the construction, contracting, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
.

Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios and achieving growth targets.

Strong network and experience working with Saudi government and semi-government entities (e.g., Aramco, NEOM, ROSHN, Diriyah, MODON, etc.).

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both
Arabic and English
.

Ability to understand technical project details and translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) as a user.

Background in project management or engineering within construction.
-
Existing relationships with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects and Vision 2030 initiatives.
