Client Relationship Manager

Position: Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager with prior experience working in a regulated Forex brokerage (SCA or equivalent regulatory framework).

The role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with trading clients while ensuring full adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with in-depth knowledge of trading products and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and/or professional trading clients
  • Maintain consistent engagement through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Drive client retention and increase trading activity within regulatory limits
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and improve client lifetime value
  • Handle client queries related to trading accounts, platforms, and market updates
  • Regulatory & Compliance (Cat 1 / Cat 5 Environment)
  • Ensure all communications comply with SCA regulations and internal compliance policies
  • Support KYC, onboarding, and suitability assessments
  • Ensure proper risk disclosures are communicated to clients
  • Avoid mis-selling and unauthorized advisory activity
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams

Trading & Product Knowledge

  • Provide guidance on MT4 / MT5 platform functionality
  • Explain leverage, margin requirements, spreads, swaps, and risk management principles
  • Assist clients with funding, withdrawals, and account-related requests

Reporting & Performance

  • Achieve monthly retention and revenue-related KPIs
  • Monitor client trading volumes and deposit behavior
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide feedback to management on client trends and market sentiment

Sales and Business Development:

  • Generate new leads via cold calling and digital channels
  • Convert leads into active trading clients
  • Achieve monthly FTD and revenue targets
  • Explain company services, trading conditions, and account types
  • Follow up consistently to close deposits
  • Maintain pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for smooth client handover
  • Ensure compliance in all client communications

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
  • Mandatory experience within a Category 1 or Category 5 regulated firm (SCA preferred)

Strong understanding of:

  • UAE regulatory framework
  • KYC & AML requirements
  • Risk disclosure and suitability processes
  • MT4 / MT5 platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work within a structured compliance-driven environment
  • Multilingual candidates preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
