Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager – (Banking Sales Experience Only) to join our Dubai team.

This role is ideal for candidates who bring strong client relationship and sales experience from the banking or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of tax clients, develop business opportunities, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with UAE tax laws and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of tax clients for Tax Services
• Provide expert guidance on tax compliance, VAT, audit, and accounting matters.
• Leverage banking sales experience to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Cross-sell and upsell other Flyingcolour Group services such as business setup, accounting, and advisory.
• Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams to ensure seamless client servicing and compliance.
• Support strategic business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of sales, or business development experience in banking, tax, or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• UAE-based candidates only.
