The Client Relationship Manager will manage and grow strategic client relationships across the construction and contracting sector. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, seamless service delivery, and consistent revenue growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients in the construction and building materials industry.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored product and service solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, project, and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, sales targets, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within existing client accounts.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively to maintain high service standards and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare account reports, market insights, and performance updates for management review.

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong client focus with a target-driven mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market and major contractors or developers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
