We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager with strong experience in social media agency operations. The ideal candidate understands social media processes, client handling, campaign workflow, and project delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients and the internal team—ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client goals and guide them with the best social media strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, ads, strategy) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Manage client communications, feedback, approvals, and expectations.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and ensure clients are satisfied with performance and deliverables.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and suggestions for improvement.
- Handle multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a social media or digital marketing agency is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of client management or account management experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content processes, and campaign workflows.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues quickly.
