We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to join our team at our Autism Center — someone who is compassionate, professional, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients and families.
- Answer a high volume of client inquiries and maintain a rapid response and follow-up rate according to the company standards.
- Conduct communication with potential new clients, providing all relevant information about company services.
- Educate patients about payment options and financial assistance while handling price and package negotiations with clients.
- Explain all paperwork, policies, and Insurance procedures, and schedule the initial consultation appointments, assessment appointments, intake appointments, etc.
- Support the admissions and onboarding process for new clients
- Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with the Client Relations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with organizational standards.
- Obtain customer feedback, assist with client satisfaction surveys, and provide regular updates to the Management of any concerns/matters that may arise.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting (experience in an autism or therapy center is a plus).
- Good understanding of insurance procedures and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and CRM systems (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
