Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer with 3–4 years of professional experience to support the Director’s Office in managing client relationships, executive coordination, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a smart, active, and highly organized female professional with excellent communication skills and the knowledge in insurance particularly, medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings, including agendas, documentation, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Executive Assistance to Director’s office
  • Support the office of Director with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and meeting preparations.
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Digital Presence & Social Media
  • Provide basic support in digital marketing activities when required.
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams for online visibility.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge
  • Apply industry knowledge to support client discussions and internal processes especially in Medical Insurance.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and clients for smooth handling of policies and claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience in client relations, executive assistance, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Familiarity with medical insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Smart, confident, and professional demeanor with strong coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
