Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our accounting and taxation services. As a commission-based position, your earnings are directly tied to your performance, providing you with the opportunity to achieve high income based on your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions related to accounting and taxation.
• Present and demonstrate our services effectively to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
