Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Retention Executive to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve client retention rates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client concerns, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services
  • Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Conduct retention calls and feedback sessions with clients
  • Coordinate contract renewals and service continuation processes
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare retention reports and customer feedback summaries
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, telesales, or retention roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve retention targets
  • Fluent in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
