What will you be doing?

As a Client Insights consultant in Circana’s Dairy Vertical, you will join a high performing team supporting the Danone account. In this role, you will lead the relationship for Beverage categories. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively as a trusted advisor to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve Danone brands. You will use data, analytics, and insights to shape growth strategy and solve key business challenges. Primary assignment will be to support Brand Marketing and Insights teams. You will collaborate with both client and internal teams to maximize and apply insight gleaned from Circana data, including but not limited to point of sale (POS), household panel data, retailer level purchase dynamics, surveys, audits, and other custom projects. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, clear storytelling, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to drive impact. There is also the opportunity to implement and drive adoption of Circana new AI solutions across the client organization.


To be successful in the position you must possess and be able to execute upon five key skill sets:


  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients:
    • Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
    • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level analytic solution/approach , while also best leveraging UNIFY and AI platform and tools
  • Consultative Selling: Apply knowledge of the business, industry and domain to identify, create and close business opportunities:
    • Ask questions to test assumptions and challenges the status quo
    • Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients
  • Planning and Organizing: Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities. Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity.
  • Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image:
    • Become trusted by client, Circana client solutions teams, Circana cross functional organizations, Circana business partners and considered a domain expert and business partner
    • Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish
  • Client Obsessed: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
    • Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had
    • Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing teams, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the relationship

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, category management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data.
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/NielsenIQ etc.) is required.
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.

This position is remote

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $110K - $135K.


This job is also eligible for 10% bonus pay.
